The Arosa SKI- SLEDS- and SNOWBOARD rental directly on the slopes

The customer must show passport/ID. By accepting the rental equipment, the renter confirms that he has read, understood and accepted the general terms and conditions posted in the shop and that he has received the rental equipment in good condition. Use at your own risk. Prices in CHF and including tax.

Cancellation terms: You can book online the cancellation option for CHF 5.-/person and cancel your reservation until 12.00 noon the day before. You will get the full amount back, minus the cancellation fee. If you have booked without the cancellation option, the reservation cannot be cancelled. The cancellation option must be booked per person and always costs CHF 5 per person, regardless of whether you book for one or fourteen days.
With the cancellation fee you can only cancel until 12:00 noon the day before the start of the rental. After the start of the rental, the reservation can no longer be canceled, as the rental has started.

The rental price does not include loss and theft insurance. You can insure your equipment for a fee of 10% of the rental price. In the event of theft, a police report must always be presented.

The price for 4 hours starts from the time you receive the rental equipment for a maximum of 4 hours. Reservations are only accepted for full days and only online.

The material can be returned the following day until 10:00 a.m. without incurring an additional charge. If returned after 10:00 a.m. the entire day will be charged. Damage due to wear and tear caused by normal use will be borne by the landlord. The renter is liable for any damage to the rental equipment caused by careless use. (when traveling on the road, the ski service must be paid for)

Youth plus prices: Children and young people up to the age of 17 receive a 30% discount on adult ski category prices.

Private and rental items can be stored cheaply in our ski depot.

The ski depot cannot be reserved.

Rental equipment receives a 50% discount on the regular ski depot price.

Rental skis come with a tested safety binding. The tenant acknowledges that the individual binding settings cannot exclude every risk of accidents. The ski binding is adjusted correctly according to the customer’s instructions. The renter confirms that his height, weight and age information as well as the address are correct and that these may be used for setting up the bond. Your customer data remains within INTERSPORT Arosa; it will not be passed on to third parties and will only be used for internal purposes.

Our rental shoes and rental helmets are treated hygienically after each rental.
